Eddie, a resident on the Westside for 30 years, has just recently joined the team at South Bay Equity Lending as a Loan Officer. Eddie’s experience in finance was developed working with a stock market trading group for 8 years. For the last 12 years, he worked for Midnight Oil Agency, one of the leading entertainment marketing agencies in Southern California as an Account Manager and Director. His list of accounts he managed included Activision, Microsoft, Universal, Sony, STX Entertainment, and EPIX Television. He holds a degree in Business Marketing from Cal State University Northridge.

Beginning his career at SBEL affords Eddie the opportunity to do what he does best, work directly with people. A self-described people person, he loves helping others achieve their financial goals with respect to home ownership or re-financing. Always putting the client first, offering guidance/advice, and acting proactively to ensure as stream-lined a loan process as possible are qualities Eddie offers to every client.
When not working, Eddie is an absolute music and sports lover. He has performed in numerous bands over the last 30 years and still does today. Besides playing basketball and volleyball, he has stayed involved in the community by coordinating the AYSO VIP soccer program for Region 7 in Westchester and coaches both teams. He is a long suffering LA Clippers fan which is a testament to his “anything is possible” attitude.

Eddie lives in El Segundo with his wife, Holly, and their 2 children, Alexis and Trey.
