When asked what part of the job he loves the most, Gary will unequivocally tell you it’s the total satisfaction of telling a client they are now a homeowner. Sometimes, the rush comes from a job well done, but more often than not, it’s the honor of being a part of the nascent stage of a family’s new set of memories. Communities are built one family at a time, and as a mortgage professional, he takes pride in knowing that he is one building block of each community he works in. Gary is experienced in down payment assistance, investor loans, reverse mortgages, and other niche programs, in addition to conventional loans. His goal is always to help clients find a suitable loan program for their needs. South Bay Equity Lending provides a platform of product diversity that serves this goal.

Born and raised in southern CA, Gary has been a touring and studio pianist for over 20 years, nationally and internationally. He holds a bachelor’s degree in piano performance from UC Irvine, and a master’s degree in jazz piano from California Institute of the Arts.

He enjoys spending his time with his wife Sachiko, and their two children. You may still catch Gary playing jazz piano at a local club, or coaching his daughter’s basketball team.
