Todd is a licensed mortgage broker that enjoys helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership. Whether it be the purchase of a first home, a vacation home, or an income property— he will be a guiding force in helping his clients achieve their goals. He is not only looking to get clients loans through the finish line but looking to retain the future business by providing honest, transparent and professional experience each and every time.

Todd was born in Illinois and moved to Southern California in only first grade. He grew up in South Orange County where he lived until moving to Santa Barbara, where he graduated from UCSB with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Economics (GO GAUCHOS!). After moving down to West LA in 2012, he entered the mortgage industry as a Purchase Loan Officer with a national direct lender. In 2015, he was promoted to Senior Loan Officer shortly before being promoted again to Purchase Sales Manger. From there, he moved up again in 2019 to Vice President: Retail Sales. Looking for a new and exciting challenge in applying his experience to a more local, community setting, Todd broke away from the national retail setting to join South Bay Equity Lending in mid 2023. Todd currently lives in Long Beach, where he bought a home with his wife Jacquelyn in 2015. They have a son, Kenny and two dogs, Coach and Captain.
